#DVpit is one of my favorite events in the publishing industry. As per the #DVpit website: “#DVpit is a Twitter event created to showcase pitches from marginalized voices that have been historically underrepresented in publishing.”

It’s an event that is sorely needed in the publishing industry and has already made a huge impact. I love watching the feed, seeing the incredible pitches showcased, and cheering as they attract agent and publisher attention.
